CancerCare Manitoba Foundation Memorial Recognition Plaques

You can have your loved one’s memory recognized on CancerCare Manitoba Foundation’s memorial plaque.

Individuals with over $1,000 donated in their memory may be engraved on the memorial plaque located on the second floor of CancerCare Manitoba (675 McDermot Avenue).

Donations in memory are monitored up to two years after date of passing. The next of kin on record will be notified to request permission to have names engraved. If more than two years have passed and you would like to have your loved one included on the memorial plaque we would be happy to do so and request that you contact the foundation to have your loved ones name included. There is no time limit to have a loved one recognized on the annual memorial plaque. Each summer we host a private event for loved ones to view the plaque before it is placed on the wall at CancerCare Manitoba.
