Paddles Up for Our Awesome Dragon Boat Teams!

Thanks to you, our first ever FMG Dragon Boat Festival was a success. Together we have raised $303, 527 to fight pediatric cancer with CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and the Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba.

We are grateful for every dollar raised. To encourage your fundraising efforts we created an opportunity for the top teams and individuals to win some great prizes. The top three fundraising teams as of the September 24th prize cut-off are:

• Happy Monkey Club Boat 1 with $24,288
• The City Crew with $19,634.05
• Myassa Dragon with $17,535

Congratulations! Happy Monkey Club Boat 1 wins a free entry to the 2013 FMG Dragon Boat Festival, along with a $25 Keg gift card for each team member. The City Crew will enjoy a party at Boston Pizza, along with two IMAX passes for each member, and Myassa Dragon will take home a gift certificate to the new Woody’s Bar-B-Q restaurant.

Our top three individual fundraisers as of the September 24th prize cut-off are:
