GOLF!
This summer’s golf tournaments truly swung into action with the Fundraise Your Way spirit, where passion and creativity teed up unforgettable moments both on and off the course. From hole-in-one challenges to friendly birdie battles, every swing helped drive funds that make a real difference for CancerCare Manitoba. Thanks to our amazing organizers, players and supporters, these events weren’t just about scoring points—they were about scoring hope, powering vital care, and putting cancer in the rough.

LEMONADE STANDS FOR HOPE
This summer, lemonade stands for hope poured out more than just refreshing drinks—they stirred up a wave of passion and creativity that brought communities together. Neighbours, friends and families united to support one and other, proving that even the smallest acts can create the biggest impact. Exciting update! You continued submitting your raised funds even after we published this video, bringing the total to over $190,000 raised through your lemonade sales. What an incredible result! Thank you!
GIVE YOUR PASSION A PURPOSE!
What an incredible effort!
This August, Jonathon Fenton swam 16 kilometres across Lake Winnipegto raise funds for cancer research.
A two-time cancer survivor himself, Jon swam to honour his own journey and also to help others still experiencing cancer. While he wasn’t able to complete the full 26 km swim this time, he’s already planning to return next year and finish what he started.
Jon has raised more than $16,500 in support of Manitobans facing cancer. His courage and heart are truly inspiring.
HEROES OF HOPE!
At École Regent Park, students and staff came together to host a vibrant carnival in support of CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, turning fun and games into a powerful act of kindness. Alongside the laughter and excitement, the students created heartfelt cards to thank the incredible doctors, nurses, and researchers at CancerCare Manitoba. By raising funds and showing their gratitude, these students are true Heroes of Hope—proving that with passion, creativity and caring hearts, you can make the biggest difference for those we know and love touched by cancer.
