Challenge for Life is an opportunity to improve your own health, and reduce your personal risk of cancer, while raising money and awareness for all cancers affecting Manitobans. Making progress against cancer requires significant collective effort and the involvement of Manitobans – like you – across our province.

Join the 16th Annual Challenge for Life on June 3, 2023! Or participate virtually May 27-June 3. Challenge yourself to help change the course of cancer in Manitoba.

People of all ages and abilities can enjoy taking the Challenge. Register as an individual, form a community team with friends and family, or form a corporate team with your colleagues!

20k | 5k | Virtual

The 20k Walk starts and ends in Assiniboine Park and journeys through some of Winnipeg’s most charming and historic neighbourhoods.

The 5k Walk – Take in the cherished character of Assiniboine Park with a 5km Walk in the Park.

Virtual Challenge – Complete your Challenge to reach a distance of 20k or 200 minutes of fitness! Walk, cycle, swim, run or do a workout…from aerobics to zumba and everything in between. There are no limits! Get as creative as you want with your Challenge. Plus, we invite you to join us on June 3 for the event celebrations to walk down Victory Road and ring the bells as you cross the finish line!
