The Mike Pritchard Memorial Tournament is an annual event held in July in Carman, MB. This tournament is to honor the Life of Mike Pritchard who died of Cancer back in June of 1998. Since his passing the Tournament has raised over $168,000 for local charities such as The Carman and Area Foundation, Roland and Area Foundation as well as other Cancer Care Charities.

Buzzed is Beautiful will be raising funds in support of The Annual Potato Truck Pull hosted by Smart Electric & Crete Effects will celebrate its 5th Annual Event on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at the Carberry Summer Fair! It is a fun filled day held to support Pediatric Clinical Trials & Cancer Care Manitoba. The Potato Truck Pull is a fun competition that consists of teams of 10 participants. Each team has one opportunity to pull a potato truck a distance of 80 feet in the best time. The winning team will have their team name put on the trophy as well as the participant to collects the most in fundraising will receive a prize at the event. Each participant will receive a thank you package including a Potato Truck Pull shirt that can be worn at the event.

PayWorks presents the 2019 Southwood Daisy Golf Tournament at Southwood Golf & Country Club will be held on July 15th . All of the proceeds will go to CancerCare Manitoba in support of women’s cancer research in Manitoba.

Over the past 26 years the Southwood Daisy Golf Tournament has raised over $514,000.00.
