The Camel Toe Cup is a three day half-hockey-half-ringette tournament in honour of our teammate, Melanie Klassen, who successfully battled uterine cancer in 2015. Our goal is to raise awareness and money for research. We have partnered with CancerCare Manitoba Foundation so that all funds raised will stay in Manitoba, and be directed to uterine cancer charities. Why Camel Toe? Since breast cancer campaigns successfully use bras as a symbol, and uterine cancer is lower on the body…. we went with camel toe to get people talking. Melanie tackled the last year with determination, a positive attitude and humour. The tournament will have the same tone. Women’s division games are played with the first half as ringette, and at the break players will switch sticks to play the second half hockey! Gentlemen’s games are straight up puck. The Camel Toe Cup is much more than an ice sports tournament; the Saturday evening fundraising party features a live performance by the energetic rock band “Jailbreak”, an awesome silent auction and a beer pong tourny.  Wanna rep The Camel Toe? Tournament hoodies, t-shirts, sweat pants, and snapbacks are available with all profits going straight to charity. We are actively seeking volunteers, sticks, pong tables, sponsors, monetary  donations and silent auction prizes. Tickets and more information available at www.cameltoecup.com Check us out on Facebook and Twitter for all the latest news!
