Do you and baby love to move?
Boogie down, shake it off and stretch it out at our annual parent and baby fundraiser for the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation with Aileen of Fit Together and Alisa of Healing Minds, Healing Bodies.
The first portion of the class will include strength and cardio dance* segments, all with baby in the carrier. The second half of class will include exercises for core restoration followed by gentle yoga.
*Cardio while babywearing is recommended for parents with babies 4 months and up. If your baby is younger, bring a car seat or blanket for them to cheer you on during this part of class.
