Social for Camryn
On Friday nights Craig Guenther, Eric Stewart and the rest of the BOYS get together for their regular Save the World chat at the Winnipeg Winter Club (WCC) where Craig is the Chef at Urban Prairie Cuisine. One particular Friday the topic turned from Arm-Chair politics and sports to the more serious topic of Cancer as Craig's daughter Camryn was receiving chemotherapy treatment for Ewing Askin Sarcoma, a rare form of the disease. Three weeks later the Save the World Boys were hosting a poker tournament and social to raise money in honour of Camryn's strong spirit. On April 2, 2013 Camryn and Craig presented a cheque for $18,637.33 to Annitta Stenning, Executive Director of CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. Craig and Camryn would like to thank the many friends, family and WCC members that contributed to this amazing evening!
